Chatroom14.com and its admins reserves the right to refuse access to anyone.

# The Chatroom14 Community is entirely a public place.

# You are entering the Community rooms at your own risk. The Community is monitored and administered as often as possible, and we routinely expel and ban obnoxious users. Be advised that chatroom14.com is not responsible for the content of the Community rooms.

# If you are not at least 18 years old, do not enter any of the CHATROOMS.

# If you encounter an offensive user, highlight the user's name in the User List, and click 'Ignore'. You will no longer receive messages from that user.

# Making rude, obscene, racist, suggestive or otherwise obnoxious remarks is NOT acceptable. Do not be obscene or abusive, or you, your computer and your user name will be permanently banned from this Community, and your ISP will notified.

# Do not provide personal information (real name, email address, phone number, address, age, location, etc.) to other users in either the main chat window or in a private chat window. The Internet should be considered a public place, and ALL information that you convey may be observed by unwanted parties.

# Do not click on web page URLs (links) posted by users if you are uncertain of the content that they contain. Web page links that are posted may contain inappropriate or damaging content.

# We shall not be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other theory arising out of or relating in any way to the Software, use of the Software, or any other subject matter.

# You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless chatroom14.com against any and all claims, damages, costs or other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from (a) your breach of these Guidelines or (b) your use or operation of the Software.

Our ADMIN(s) has the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the site, including, without limitation, the content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use of the site.

This page states the terms and conditions under which you may use the Web Site. Please read this page carefully. By accessing the Web Site you accept and agree to be bound, without limitation or qualification, by these Terms. If you do not accept any of the Terms stated here, do not use the Web Site. In summary, we recommend that you keep copies of any information that you believe is truly valuable, so valuable that you can't afford to lose it, as we can't guarantee that it will never be lost if you use our sites. In addition, if you have information that is so private that you can never have it accessed by some stranger, don't keep it on your computer. Note: Inactive registrations may be removed after 3 months of inactivity.

However, the ADMIN(s) reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.

The ADMIN(s) does not endorse, support, represent or guaranty the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any communications Posted in the Communities or endorse any opinions expressed in the Communities. You acknowledge that any reliance on material Posted in the Communities will be at your own risk.

All legal issues arising from or related to the use of these Web Sites shall be construed in accordance with and determined by the laws of CALIFORNIA . By using these Web Sites, you agree that you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the State of CALIFORNIA, acknowledge that venue is proper in any State or Federal court in the State of CALIFORNIA, agree that any action related to these terms of use must be brought in a State or Federal court in the State of CALIFORNIA, and waive any objection that may exist, now or in the future, with respect to any of the foregoing. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Except as expressly provided in a particular "Legal Notice" for Software or material on particular web pages, this Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and the ADMIN(s) with respect to the use of Web Site. Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing, signed by an authorized representative of the ADMIN(s).
